NY Strip Steak Dinner

For the hubs' birthday, I cooked roasted bronzini with roasted brussels sprouts and fingerling potatoes. For the next day, I prepared a grilled NY Strip Steak with grilled zucchini and an arugula salad with shaved parmigiana cheese.
Splitting on steak was the perfect portion size.
