Breakfast Gyudon

We had early morning haircut appointments. Following our haircuts, we headed home and I put together our breakfast gyudon (beef topped rice bowls) with leftover bulgogi (marinated thinly-sliced ribeye steak).
Steamed rice topped with bulgolgi and sauteed onions, scallions and zucchini.
A fried eye topped the gyudon.

Following our gyudon, I ended up taking a post-breakfast nap before commencing regular apartment cleaning and put in my 10 miles of running and walking.
