Since we live in an apartment, we don't have an outdoors bbq. Despite that limitation, I wanted to make bbq ribs anyways. Thanks to the power of google, I found a number of over-baked ribs recipes. Slow cooked in the oven, these were nice and tender.
Ribs, potato salad with dill and egg, arugula salad with red peppers and cherry tomatoes.
